2. App Features

The "Custom Timer" allows you to:

• Create multiple custom timers.
• Set sound, visual, or vibration alerts.
• Customize names, durations, and repetitions of timers.
• Save settings for future use.

Note: The App should not be used for critical activities, such as industrial, medical, security, or similar processes.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for personal and legal purposes.
• Not perform reverse engineering, modify, or distribute the source code.
• Not use the App for fraudulent practices or to harm third parties.
• Keep your access data (if any) confidential.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. The App is provided "AS IS," without warranties of continuous availability or error-free operation.

4.2. Phi Code Softwares is not responsible for:

• Direct, indirect, or incidental damages caused by the use of the App.
• Data loss due to technical failures, misuse, or accidental deletion.
• Inappropriate use in professional or critical contexts (e.g., industrial equipment control).

4.3. The user assumes all risks associated with using the App.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All content in the App (code, design, texts, logos) is the exclusive property of Phi Code Softwares, protected by copyright laws (Law 9.610/98).

5.2. Unauthorized reproduction, sale, or distribution of the App is prohibited.

6. Privacy and Data

6.1. The data collected by the App is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available at the settings menu.

6.2. The App may collect technical data (e.g., device type, operating system) for technical improvements without directly identifying the user.

6.3. If the App requests permissions (e.g., notifications, storage), they will be used only for the described functionalities.

6.4. By using the App, you consent to the collection of anonymous data (e.g., usage statistics, error logs) through tools for improving the app's performance and stability.

7. Access Termination

7.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App without prior notice if these Terms are violated.

7.2. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1. These Terms may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or App notifications.

8.2. Continued use after changes implies automatic acceptance of the new version.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

9.1. These Terms are governed by Brazilian laws, including the Civil Code (Law 10.406/02) and LGPD (Law 13.709/18).

10. Purchases and Validation

10.1. Ad removal in Custom Timer is linked to the email used on the Play Store at the time of purchase. For the purchase to be recognized in the application, the user must be logged in with the same account used for the purchase. Purchases made with different accounts may not be automatically validated
